Spotting with rainbow baby....

Hcg yesterday was 56. I go back Monday. I’m supposed to be 4w 5d. I started spotting today.. no cramping. Slight back ache off and on but that’s all. I’m devastated and so nervous. Did anyone else have this but have a successful pregnancy..?
