OPK after miscarriage help

I miscarried naturally at 6 weeks on 5/8.

I did not need a D&C, my body handled everything all on its own (confirmed by a sonogram).

I go back in about a week to check my blood hCG levels.

I’ve still been doing at home hCG tests... just because. Today is the first day my test is showing negative for pregnancy (very bittersweet). Could I begin trying to somewhat track ovulation with opk now?

Below is hCG and LH tests from Wednesday 5/13 and hCG and LH tests from today (Sunday 5/17).

Just wondering how i should start trying to proceed tracking again...
