3 month old with maybe colic and gas pains

Hi my son has terrible pain crying and screaming and tummy makes noises and has gas

I don’t know what to do to help tried gas drops then gripe water and now just started probiotic fingers crossed that it helps?

Please any ideas

I’m only nursing and he sleeps good at night so this happens just during the day

My doctor said it goes away 3-4 months old and he just turned 3 months Friday
