20 days late, spotting when I wipe?

Hey guys! So I’m currently 20 days late on my period.. and now I’m having weird spotting only when I pee though. I had this exact same thing when I was 15 days late too. My “period” is supposed to come in 7 days.

I’ve been super light headed and nauseous! My lower back hurts a bit and I’m having kind of small cramps. My boobs are super tender to the touch, and I’m CONSTANTLY TIRED ASF!!

Please comment what you guys think, it will be greatly appreciated. And yes I have taken a test a few days after my missed period and it was negative..
