Breast Pain

So I’m 19 years old and have been experiencing pain in my breast for quite some time now. Particularly in my armpit area. I’ve gotten my breasts checked in the past even when I had pain and the doctors said everything was fine. However this is a reoccurring pain for me and I can’t help but get worried because breast cancer does run in my family.

The pain is only in my right armpit and I’m not sure if this is just fatty skin or a possible lump. Any body else experience anything like this?
