Low spermcount suggestions (tried & tested)

Hi all my hubby as very low count, under 3m. Motility was fine 40% , Over the last 5 months he has been on clomid (half a day everyday since), Fertil aid, vitamin c, zinc, co10 ( 3 months) a few herbal tabs from our homeopath. Follow up SA ( after 5 months no change) eating healthy etc. Any one else can suggest or give advise on this something we could try or change? We will see a urologist this week. But all this change and doc says No change? I want to try everything before
