Gift idea for a friend

Hello. I am in the last week of pregnancy. With covid and lockdown rules, I didn't think my in-laws would be able to come and help us with my toddler while we're at the hospital. I asked a friend if she would help us and she's been so sweet and available and she definitely got the stress out of my head. But now my in-laws are here and can help us. I would still like to send a little thank you gift to my friend and her family for being so caring and helpful. What would be a good present?
