Quarantine baby

So my husband and I have two kids and we were not planning on another one anytime soon. My 3 year old daughter has been super clingy, feeling on my boobs (she was breastfed), and rubbing my stomach randomly. She is not this affectionate usually and I know they say toddlers have a sixth sense when it comes to pregnancy. My breast are tender and I’m exhausted most of the time and my appetite has been crazy! Does anyone have a toddler that predicted their pregnancy? My period is due this week so we will see but I’m just interested to know if anyone has experienced this with their toddler.
