Hey Guys, . Feeling really low as I have hurt my back and feel like I cannot do anything - I absolutely hate taking medication unless necessary but I’m taking two paracetamol and ibuprofen every 4 /5 hours... the pain is really uncomfortable. . Making me really reflect on the body and how it’s vital to maintain, nurture and treat it like a temple! . I’m resting all day with my new little Khalsa jee 💛 #pregnancybeyond
