After Implanon?

Did anyone else experience an extremely painful first period after coming off of the Implanon BC? This is the worst period pain ever, along with diarrhea and Charlie horses in my legs :(

I got off of implanon on March 10th and may 18th was my first period since then. I got very sick, crazy nauseous, super bad diarrhea. I had no idea it was leading to a period. It was awful. So yeah

I waited 5 months for AF to show after implant removal, I was in agony on my first period back after not having one for 5 years I had it in. Praying I don't see her again this month anyway,but if I do I hope she's kind x
