I'm so confused

Hi I'm still so Confused. My pregnancy test clear blue says 2-3 weeks. What does that actually mean, from what I understand that is 3_4 weeks.

I'm confused because eveyone says if my test is positive it means that the egg has already implanted, but when I look online it days symptons for 4 weeks, is implantation bleeding.

So I don't understand if eveyones saying the egg has implanted to get a positive result, what does it mean?
