Freaking out! Covid-related

So I recently found out a couple days ago that I am pregnant. Yesterday me and SO got a call from his mom and she told us she has the virus. She lives at an assisted living facility and the head nurse had the virus and didn’t know til she went to go get tested and then they didn’t do anything about it for a week when they tested a resident for the symptoms. So it makes me mad that they weren’t informed of it til their residents got infected. Which then all the residents were tested, and hers came back positive. She is a sympathetic so now I’m freaking out cause we’ve been around her during Mother’s Day to spend time with her.

Me and SO are getting tested ASAP.

But now I’m more worried of losing the baby. We just had a missed miscarriage in January. And I feel like I’m cramping more then I should and it’s freaking me out that I’m already gonna lose it.

I don’t know what I’m asking for but I needed to vent.
