No fetal pole

So I went in for my first appointment yesterday. I got a positive opk on 4/18/2020 so I’m guessing I should have Been exactly 6 weeks. We had a loss in February which is why I was seen early. When we did the ultrasound all he saw was the gestational sac and the yolk sac. But he told me my yolk sac looks very good but he can’t see the fetal pole. I read this can mean I’m early and with our first pregnancy we came in at what I thought was 8 weeks but I was only measuring 6w 4d. I’m so nervous. I did blood work and I’ll go back tomorrow to do work again to see if my levels are rising. We were so excited for our rainbow baby. Please pray everything is okay.
