How did you tell your SO?

Hello ladies! I thought it would be fun to share your stories/ideas about how you told/plan to tell your SO you're pregnant.

This was on the guest bedroom door, which he could not see until he rounded the corner to the hall :) he says "Really?!?!?!?! That's AWESOME!" Lol. Our second miracle after 17 cycles :) (his surprise when he came home from work)

I left a card in the fridge with his beer. Said on the front "You're not just the love of my life" and inside it said "You're going to be a daddy! We're due 7/13/16". ☺️

I had taken two tests and my husband was on his way home but it seemed to take him forever! So I called him and told him I needed him home. After about another hour I heard him walking up the steps and made my way into the room and hid the sticks and met him at the front door. I took his hand and lead him into the room. I had noticed he just went out and got a coffee and hadn't even had any of it yet. I pulled the tests from the drawer and showed him. He started crying and dropped his coffee all over the place then hugged me. Later I had to clean the coffee up. 😝

My husband and I were trying for three whole years I was told by 5 doctors I could never have children. I was going in September 15th to start my shots for fertility. I went in the doctors for my pre check up September 10th and my husband came with me... Instead of getting fertility treatment I was getting a ultrasound because I was pregnant !! We were in shock

I bought a onesie that says "daddy's little white sox fan" on the front and on the back his last name and the number he always had on his jerseys. If we have a girl were going to have to throw a tutu on it or something ;)

We were married on the one year anniversary of our engagement. His proposal was perfect, so I wanted to make our first wedding anniversary super special for him. I waited 18 whole days to tell him on our anniversary! We were on a trip out of state to celebrate, so I had him open his present, which was a nice wooden box that had triangle pendants that said "you're going to be a daddy!" with baby booties and my positive pregnancy test inside. He was shocked since we had just decided to TTC that month! Totally worth the wait :)

When I got pregnant with my son I was so shocked that I just sent my SO a picture of the test and was like "I'm pregnant" lol lame I know 😳 haha but we are TTC #2 now and when I get pregnant I'm totally going to do something special like put it in a little "gift" box as a surprise or something! I've been on pinterest constantly looking at ideas and I can't wait!

My husband and I are ttc and I already have a plan on how I'm going to tell him! We only see each other once a month so God willing when we get pregnant I plan on having our kids paint "were pregnant my love" on this huge boulder in town. A lot of people paint it for announcements, prom dates, proposals.... It's a bit silly, but I had a dream about it & love the idea! I plan on having him take me for a drive where we drive past it and say ohh look honey! All while recording it! Hoping this will be our month so I can have it done for his trip home for Christmas! Would be the best surprise ☺️
