C section bleeding

2 weeks after my section bleeding is getting worse instead of better. I’ve had pain down there but it was a sharp pain after peeing so I figured maybe a uti but definitely still uncomfortable even when not going to the bath room ...

This is the second c section I’ve had but I never remember bleeding this much 2 weeks after with my last it seemed to pretty much just be spotting after week one last time and I remember being crampy ( period like cramps) but not pain like this last time

So anybody else experience this ?
