I dunno what to do!

OK so I started looking for jobs in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire area. And I got offered a position with this company located in Massachusetts and they’re only paying 12.75 + commission and I’m coming out of school with a bachelors degree in management and marketing. I just recently found a place for $600 with rent plus utilities. Should I take this job even though it’s not in the best interest for me since I’m moving from New Jersey to New Hampshire??

Sidenote: I found this company lied during my interviews and they didn’t mention anything about door-to-door selling as well as they mention they work for four clients but they only work with one.I went out of my way and I messaged people on Instagram asking if they knew the company or if they knew anybody to work for them. Later, i got a call from the company asking why I was on Instagram asking questions about the position...

I thought that was a little weird.

What do you guys think I should do?

Take the risk and move without a job (I have savings)

Take the risk move and have the job and if another comes up quit?
