So currently my work isn’t wanting to work with me. I asked them if I can work like every other weekend (which was fine at first) but now they aren’t wanting to work with me. In the beginning I told them and they were fine now that my 6 month review is next month they just seem like eh. Oh well. 
Added: sorry ladies! They aren’t wanting to give me time. I work at a hospital!

They don’t have to work around your hours and preferred schedule. If you can’t deal with that, yes, find a new job

It's work... A lot of places expect what they expect. If they want you to work every weekend then either do it or find a new job. Work is work and often they won't work with you because they don't have to.
