WIC in Texas

I’m not sure if Wic is just a Texas program but anyway. This is our 3rd baby we just had a baby last year and didn’t qualify for wic back then. I tried again since now we are a family of 5 and my husband is the only one working. Some of his checks (the last one which coincidentally is the one they need) is way over the limit because he received extra pay for working during covid and that’s temporary. His checks befor are seriously like $20 over the amount to qualify. Should I jus cancel my appointment or go to my appointment and see what they say? Had anyone ever had them make an exception?
