Chronic constipation?

Is anyone else dealing with their baby being constipated frequently?
First it was when we transitioned to solids and now it’s because we’re slowly transitioning him to cows milk. I feel so bad 😫 I’ve already had to give him a suppository once. 
I give him prunes, beans and veggies quite often 
Any other tips???

My son is super constipated. He poops once or twice a week . His pediatrician has suggested 1tsp miralax powder to add to his formula everyday. It has definitely soften the poops but the frequency is still not okay.

My daughter has struggled with constipation since she was a month old. We ended up having to put her on a formula to help with that around 4 months. But, for occasional constipation due to solids, prunes usually do the trick for us. My pediatrician says to try peaches also. Pretty much any fruit that starts with a p should help get things moving.

Same 🤷‍♀️ nervous about the cows milk. I think it’s maybe cuz he he doesn’t crawl yet? Apple juice always gets things moving though
