Light bleeding right after period finished

I finished my period last week and a day afternoon Friday me and my boyfriend had sex. We used protection. But the odd thing is that today I started bleeding again lightly. Now I have a normal period and I’ve never experienced this. I’m not on birth control, and I haven’t taken plan b either. I had something really stressful happen two days ago which basically gave me a heart attack. I had some really bad anxiety attacks. But the last few months I’ve been getting cramps like two weeks before my period. Now I’m not sure what’s going on. Is stress the cause of the bleeding, or fibroids ( my mom has them and had to remove it) or a cyst? Or am I having implantation bleeding? I really am shocked I’m experiencing this because this has never happened to me before. Had anyone else experienced light bleeding 4 days after their period? I’m really stressed and there is a pandemic happening. I need to make sure something is really wrong before going to my doctor.
