When did you stop laying on your back?

Trying to figure out when I have to stop laying on my back when sleeping and on the sofa

When you noticeably can’t sleep on your back anymore...... you will wake up because of the discomfort and move onto your side

My last pregnancy I remember getting dizzy and lightheaded when I laid on my back at my back at my 20 week ultrasound too long. I had to have the ultrasound while laying on my side which sucked bc I wasn’t facing the screen so I was breaking my neck trying to see 😆 you’ll become symptomatic with light headedness/dizziness before you harm the baby is what I’ve been told.

Good question! I’ve been on the couch 7 weeks 😩

Not until the third trimester or late second trimester I believe. You’ll kinda be able to tell it doesn’t feel right when the baby is bigger and pushing back, I could at least.
