Help my daughter always holds her poop but there’s never been blood in it before. she just pooped in the bath and she didn’t complain that it hurt but it looks like there’s blood in it?

i’m kinda freaking out because that looks like a lot and she hasn’t eaten anything bright red lately and it seems like too much to be from a cut on the outside from pushing or something. i’m like about to take her to the er or something (not really) but this is scaring me??
