Back pain with Braxton Hicks?

I’m 31 weeks and have been getting Braxton Hicks where my stomach tightens but feel no pain at all since about 25 weeks. Now the last few days I notice when I have a Braxton Hicks contraction I also feel some lower back pain. Is this normal?

My dr always told me that labor starts with your back. I would call your doctor just to make sure. 
When I went into labor It started just like you, lower back pain Braxton hicks.
