implant

hey so i just got an implant this morning around 11 am. and its 11 pm. im wondering if im able to take off the gauze wrap around my arm. i know they told me to wait 24 hours. but my arms starting to hurt and feel uncomfortable. i took ibuprofen and it still hurts. so i might smoke marijuana. but just wondering if its okay to take the gauze off before the 24 hours. okay thanks.
