How much breast leakage is normal?

So I’m waking up every morning with wet circles on my shirts. I sleep with no bra lol. It’s been like this for like three weeks. Anyway, today I woke up and like half of my tank top was soaked with it! My arm was even wet from laying on my side... is this much secretion normal?

I absolutely love this bra. It’s super soft and stretchy. I’m no longer pregnant or breastfeeding but I still wear it around the house.

It’s definitely normal. You can buy milk catchers to keep in your bra if you want to save the colostrum. Otherwise nursing pads will help save your shirts and sheets.

I feel ya! I leak mostly at night and sometimes it’s just a couple of drops and other times it’s like a small puddle lol
But I’m too stubborn to start wearing a bra when I sleep still. 
I have very large chest and the last thing that I want when I’m trying to sleep is for those things to be bounded 😅😂
