PCOS or something more?

I have a long post, but out of curiosity does my symptoms sound like endometriosis, pcos, or maybe something different?

To give some info I have a doctors appointment coming up and I somewhat have been diagnosed with PCOS and I'll explain more on that later

I am also changing doctors most likely an will explain more on that as well

When I was about 13 I had some crippling pain, to a point I physically could not walk. It was in my what I assume is my uterine area and it was extremely sharp. It eventually went away. Fast forward, I am 17 and after some blood tests and showed my prolactin levels where high and something to do with my thyroid as well. The levels eventually went down and I did have some testing to make sure everything was ok, including a MRI to make sure I did not have a tumor in my brain. It was never addressed again. Also I started birth control when I was 15ish and never had problems with my period while on it. I also have nipple discharge from time to time. I Would also like to mention for a couple years I started having sharpish pains where my cervix would be right before my period would start. I also have groin/inner thigh aching for as long as I can remember. Well once again, fast forward, I am 18 and my period was late 40 days, but not pregnant. I am now 19 and last month I got several positive pregnancy tests and symptoms, but then I started bleeding. I went to the doctor and a nurse practitioner said I was never pregnant, didn't explain why I got all those positives then, and without even an evaluation put me on clomid and said I had pcos. She never told me side effect problems and just said lose weight. So red flag, apparently clomid can make cysts grow, and I was never told. After the first round I ovulated, however I ended up in the ER do to a 12 mm cyst. The hospital was awful as well very rude staff. I made another appointment for the cyst. I am now 10 days late and not pregnant. I bled for less than a day and it was pinkish and what seemed to be mixed with a lot of fluid it turned brownish and stopped. The day before today and most of today I had the same cervical pain but it got more intense then it's ever been. My uterus, the cyst, and lower back hurt. Bowel movements hurt too. I'm also extremely tired all the time, dizzy, and lethargic. I also have anxiety and depression if that's more helpful information. I think I covered everything.

So out of curiosity what are y'alls opinion to what it could be. I also plan on going to a specialist before the people I am seeing now cause any damage. I just have a bad feeling.
