Tuna while pregnant ? Like a subway sandwich

I’ve been doing reading some say it’s ok some say it’s not . I’d love to hear what u guys think

Tuna is high in mercury. Don’t have more than one in a week and probably fewer than that is a good idea. But it won’t get you sick, just that mercury isn’t good for you or your baby. It builds up in your system if you have a tuna sandwich everyday. Fine to have a few, though.

Yes, I eat deli meat to I just ask them to heat it up a little. I'm on my third pregnancy never really worried about foods they say is not good as long as it's done in moderation and prepared properly. Just enjoy your pregnancy ❤❤

Albacore Tuna is one fish most blogs say to stay away from. Personally, I would t chance it! 
Also subway should be avoided. The meat being proceed and sitting out isn’t overly save.

Just don't eat like a whole can of tuna daily and you will be fine. A tuna sandwich now and then though is fine.
