Any tops to stop having sun allergy?

I never used to get it but I started a year ago. Now I can't go to the sun for even 5 minutes and the back of my palms get that hot itchy rash!!!!!
Does anyone get the same problem? I can't just stay in side for the rest of my life!

i would always get a rash anywhere skin was exposed to the sun, my face hurt the most and honestly i considered never going out on a hot day. but for whatever reason this year has not been that bad. i put waaay too much sunscreen and carry aloe vera with me in a bottle. i usually only use it when i finally get home. 
but sunscreen and aloe vera has helped me this year, other than that i’m sorry for the pain 😭
