Hanging out

So I’ve had 3 friends ask on different occasions to hang out. I nicely make a excuse or joke about the social distance stay home order. Since this started I have only seen family, gone to stores 3x. I am being cautious I’m scared of getting the virus and every time I cough I think I have it.

Am I exaggerating is it safe to hang out and just stay 6ft apart or meet out in public or something idk?

I feel bad and don’t want them to think I don’t want to hang out...
