Soap/Bubble water on shrimp!?

My husband had our shrimp sitting in a strainer in the sink and he washed his hands next to it accidentally got some of the bubble water on the very bottom of the strainer which touched some of the shrimps. He washed it again thoroughly to ensure it was all off. Do you think it’s still okay to eat?
