No Plan B career choice!

I'm a sophomore in college working my way in to nursing school. After this Spring, I will be done with all my pre-nursing classes. I'm TERRIFIED that I won't get in because of how competitive it is and how embarrassing it will be to tell family and friends that.... I also don't have a plan b because I'm not interested in doing anything else. How do I get these negative thoughts out of my mind?! Please help... 😞
