Am I crazy? 😨🥺😅

Hey ladies,

My period is crazy irregular (has been for over a year). Sometimes I won't even get one. Lately I've been feeling really off. Nauseous, tired, emotional, just genuinely off. I feel like I'm pregnant. I have the Mirena IUD but I was never able to go to the follow up to make sure it was placed correctly bc of COVID. I took two tests today and they look like they're negative but I honestly do feel pregnant. Has this happened to any of you? I'm planning to test again in the morning.
