Attention all clean freaks

So at my job we have a cruddy old mop like the yellow mop bucket, but every single night I clean it out and make new mop water and get a clean mop head and I've even gotten down on my hands and Knees and scrubbed the floor and still every day my socks are dirty from walking on the floor. It's a daycare infant room and I'm very OCD about how clean the floor is because of crawling babies. I'm seriously about to go buy my own mop for work. Is it the mop or something else?? The mop is always clean when I use it and when I'm done mopping the mop water is dirty so I know I got some dirt up BUT ITS NOT ENOUGH BECAUSE I WANT THE FLOOR SO CLEAN YOU CAN LICK IT HELP
