Itching!!!

Hello I'm 33weeks and since about 20weeks my foofoo has been extremely itchy.. I've been Dr's twice and they prescribed me canesten cream I've used it as told but surely its not this again.. They, like me thought it was thrush, I had thick white discharge and the itching, sometimes when I itch so much and go toilet after it stings.. I'm literally itching that much my foofoo is going absolutely dry... Feels swallon and I also have to sleep with a towel in between my legs and that helps but only sometimes, anyone else having this problem?
