Need advice (non prego related)

Ok so I'm a CNA and do in-home care I have a handicap patient her mom has a cluttered house (from yard sales/consignment shopping) I have been working with my patient since january she also have 2 dogs that run around she lets them poop and pee on porch then take a bucket of water and pour on porch to get rid of it instead of letting them go on the ground (uhhh) anyway back to my clients mom she has roaches and seem like they are getting worse recently when getting her daughter up out of bed and ready for the day i notice she always red (skin) tirns out this lady has bed bugs thats been eating her daughter up at night tobthe point that she slides out of bed and sleeps on the floor her mom act like she didn't know ahe had them which ahe did tried to tell me her daughter has been scratching her self i discovered the bed bugs in the recliner that i sit in everyday didn't know what the were until i googled them im just having a fit i do not want to take any kind of bugs home to me ir my kids what should i do bc its not healthy for no one to live like this and im creeped out i dont know whether to confront her on the strps to get rid of them and should i tell my job whats going on?
