Yay me!!
Hi guys! This may I decided to take my life back and get back into shape. I’ve always been a big girl but I’ve gotten to the point that I’m just not happy with myself.
I started out at 284.
Yesterday’s weigh in was 269.
While it isn’t a huge amount lost I’m happy!
My current set goal is 200 which was my weight back in 2017 when I wasn’t that upset with my body.
Then I’m hoping for 180.
If any one wants to give me some tips and tricks I would be appreciative. Thank you for only being nice!!! 🤞🏻
