Very.v.v.v sad and depressed

Hi its me samra age 19.. Ttc being 3 long years.. Fall pregnant july had miscarriage in September and done DNC... And now I'm pregnant again find out on 25 of october then on 30 October started spotting sometime brown sometimes bright red.. Went to see doctor on 31 October she say it was two early to see the baby and the heartbeat she gives me week time for another appointment.. And then after a full week of spotting i started bleeding on 8 November with cramping and pain went again to the A and E they admitted me do the ultrasound dr said she saw the baby and the heartbeat but baby is still very small only 6 weeks measures.. She said that they have no idea why im still bleeding and give me another appointment after 2 week again.. I have no idea what's going on im just getting very disappointed every time when i saw some of blood on my panty liners im soo devastated i just don't wanna lose it again i can't i really can't.... Please everyone give me some advice and please say me what's gonna happen next ?

Some people telling me its very common and everything will be alright.. And some of telling that its not good and i will be lose this baby😪 please girls share your story if had this kind of situation then what happened with u ?
