Not able to see my doctor?

Due to the pandemic, my doctors office is closed & they are doing e-visits. I was hoping to do my first scan (I’m 6 weeks) but I don’t think that’s going to happen through webcam. I live in Maryland

Most doctors don’t do an ultrasound that early anyway unless you’re completely unsure of dating.

There is no point in scan that early, might not even see something, because at the beginning dates might be a bit off and a week makes a huge difference in what can be seen... Don't worry, and believe all is well.

My OB wouldn’t do any sort of scan until 12 weeks, but since I knew when my LMP was, I’ve only had one ultrasound and it was the anatomy scan. 
I understand where you’re coming from as it can be exciting, but a lot of these visits can be done via phone or online, unfortunately.

Most drs dont do ultrasounds until 8-9 weeks so you'll probably just have e-visits and schedule the scan for around a later date
