Almost month long period

Sooooo, before taking BC I’d have very irregular periods that would sometimes last 2 weeks. NBD my doctor gave me bc I started taking it in august after my miscarriage, everything has been fine on it, I get the same brown blood period every month.

Now I have been stressing immensely since this whole pandemic bs has started, I couldn’t work, couldn’t collect unemployment, also did not get a stimulus, Ive been heavy struggling, so seeing a doctor is out of the question.

Could this be a reason that my “brown” period has lasted almost a month long, there have been days where I’m clear but others that it comes back. No cramping or anything and it’s mostly not heavy with the exception of maybe like 3 or 4 days where it was a little “darker”.
