Pregnancy or PMs?

I had sex last Tuesday which according to Glow would be the day before predicted ovulation. We used a condom and he pulled out and i’m pretty sure the condom did not break. I am on birth control and have been for about 4 years now. I take it everyday, some days a couple hours late but usually pretty regular. I am do for my period next week. I am experiencing light brownish/pink spotting for the past 3 days with random mild cramping. My nipples have also been tender but my breasts do not hurt. Other than that I am not experiencing any symptoms. Could I be pregnant?
