Lost my baby

I was so excited to be having my baby...

But I knew something was wrong. They couldnt see anything when they did the ultrasound but they said it was just too early.... today I started bleeding and cramping... went in and I'm having a miscarriage..

That little faint line is blood. My uterus is completely empty and they think the baby never formed. That I just passed the egg....
