Last minute advice?

I'm a Ftm. I'm having my baby Tuesday via c section. I'm getting a bit nervous. For the c section. Recovery and having a whole person to take care of. I know I can do it but I'm having my Ftm nerves. Any advice?

I would say grab some large high wasted undies, big PJs that will go over your incision, take a stool softener from day 1!!!!, and I slept on my reclining couch for 3 weeks because it was uncomfortable to sleep flat. For me I was able to somewhat get used to the pain and learn what not to do. Like laugh lol.

Take your time recovering from the csection and don’t be afraid to ASK FOR HELP if you need it. Because you will. 
Get up and keep active to avoid complications during recovery!! 
Don’t forget to eat yourself , baby schedule can be very demanding but take care of yourself.
 
Don’t be In a rush to get your body back
Don’t be a google mom! Ask for advice from family/friends and or any experienced mamas!
Google was the worst information platform for me lol
