No prenatal care

First let me say I am a mother so this hurts me more than any negative comment y’all say 😊 ! I live in Houston , tx & I’m about 5-6 months pregnant not sure how far along I am I have a 1 year old rainbow baby , so I wasn’t thrilled to find out i was pregnant again when he turned 7months me & my fiancé agreed to terminate the pregnancy but instead of doing that we didn’t and decided to keep the baby ... covid-19 is going on as you all know so everything is shut down ! I have no identification card (id) and can not get one ! I’ve went to multiple doctors and offices and they have denied me prenatal care numerous times bekus I don’t have an id . Is it possible for them to do this because it’s ridiculous & can I get in trouble ? im all out of options and asked

Multiple people for help ... I have pregnancy Medicaid so that’s not issue ... I’ve last had care when I was about 13wks in January at a emergency room .
