Struggling during pregnancy
This is more of a vent than anything else.
I am almost 9 weeks pregnant. The last week or so, I just haven’t felt like myself. I am (of course) exhausted and nauseous all the time. I have no energy to workout like I normally would. My job is very different than normal because of COVID. I don’t get to see my friends and family as often as I have in the past.
I know it is all because of hormone changes, but it’s so disheartening and it really makes me worry about what I’ll feel like later in pregnancy and postpartum. I have battled with depression in the past, and this doesn’t necessarily feel the same, but I still don’t like it. I just don’t feel like me right now. Any mamas out there have some tips on how to feel like myself right now?
