After delivery advice

FTM here. I’ve heard some different advice about handling bleeding after delivery. Some people say giant absorbent pads are the way to go and some say adult diapers are way better!

Which did you prefer? And did you pack them in your hospital bag or just used them once you returned home?

Also, any extra advice on what extra items I may need after delivery to take care of myself would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
