“Failed” 1 hour and “passed” the second test?

Was barely over the levels they want so now I have to take a 3 hour test. 😭 has anyone been barely over on the 1 hour and did fine with the second test?

I did with my first pregnancy! It’s not uncommon to fail the 1 hour and pass the 3 hour!

I was 9 points over and failed the 1 hour. I suspect it had something to do with not knowing I was getting it that day. I had orange juice to help see baby better at ultrasound and I believe I also have a bagel with eggs for breakfast than I had to drink that drink within an hour of that. I had to do the 3 hour and it was annoying because I had to fast which is fine but I was so thirsty. I passed 3 of the 4 draws and they require you to pass at least 3/4. They do a pull before you drink that drink, another 1 hour increments. I have to do the 1 hr screening again since I will be 26 weeks soon. At least this time I will be more prepared. I hope I pass the one hour because the three hour is tedious and my work schedule doesn’t allow me to really take time off so it would need to be an early am appt.
