Should the Amy coopers of the world be charged

While it’s great that in many instances people utilizing their racism in ways to encourage police presence has become a thing of national shame and people usually suffer through loss of employment, should they also be charged or at the least fined?

With the ease of accessibility to creating videos of altercations, it’s being shown more and more of racist people doing racist things like making calls to police about the presence of black and brown bodies near them.

It is a huge waste of taxpayer money for police to have to come and investigate these instances of pure racism.

Should people be charged if they go as far as falsifying a report like Amy Cooper and fined heavily if they are doing like the woman who called the police on the black family having a barbecue?

If there should be no punishment, why do you think that?
