Questions for hairdressers!

Okay so I have an absolute abomination on my head at the moment (natural brown 3 inch roots, followed by hot red roots, DARK brown mid sections and FRIED red ends) I used to work in a boutique with a hairdresser, and let’s just say we’re not buds anymore 😬

I am however going to get my hair dyed dark brown by a stylist next week so I have a few questions if y’all don’t mind!

1. What products can help the ends of my hair/ “restore” them?

2. Would I be better off using a color removing kit before I get my hair done to help the stylist?

3. Is there any way at all to help my hair grow out faster so that I can completely chop off the damaged ends? I already did a big chop to get rid of most of them.

4. Will that damage work it’s way up my hair shaft?
