Baby eating all the time

My baby is 6 weeks old. He still nurses every 1.5-2 hours. He will have a max stretch of 3.5-4 hours at night and after that will wake every 1.5 hours or so. He has a suspected tongue/lip tie. We are waiting to see an ENT. He was 7.5 lbs at birth and today he weighed 12.7 lbs (chunky boy)

But he nurses constantly due to not being able to get much out with his tongue/lip tie. Anyone else going through the same thing? He’s getting enough milk I make sure of it. I’ve already done a weighted feed with a lactation consultant.
