Cps help

I was recently a patient at a behavioral health center and CPS was called and they came to visit because of domestic violence and child neglect. I have bipolar 2 and my trigger is arguments with my boyfriend but we never scream or get physical I am so scared. I don’t want them to take my kids. They’re all I have... pls help. We would never neglect them they’re always fed, clothed, clean. They advised us to go to couples counseling but still want to keep investing people...
